Branch Office Administrator
After working in corporate travel management for 14 years as a Branch Manager, Gina began her financial services career in 2012. As the Branch Office Administrator at Lanai Financial Solutions, Gina's primary responsibility is ensuring that we are delivering an exceptional client experience which she accomplishes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail by ensuring client’s transactions are processed accurately and efficiently, including opening accounts, transferring assets, and account maintenance. In addition to managing the office functions, she oversees operational support to our clients and is continuously working to make improvements to optimize the client experience.
Gina lives in Aptos with her significant other, Rob, and their Welsh Corgi, Luke. She is involved in her neighborhood and is currently the Vice President of her homeowners association. In her free time, Gina enjoys photography, traveling, antique/flea markets, and home remodeling.
